Mini-Series
Return To Self

Return to Self.

I was intending to create a series about 'Yes, I'm imperfect',
but not a drop of inspiration came to me.
Not one.

I no longer seem to resonate with the word 'imperfection'.
Something else wants space: Return To Self.

This theme has been part of my personal practice for a long time.

I know what it is to leave myself.
To move away from my own experience.
To loose touch with what is true for me
while reaching for something outside of me.

And I know the quiet relief of returning.

To the body.
To what I feel.
To what I know.
To Self.

Back to something that's already here.
A place I can return to.

Again and again.

"You can wander far from yourself and still find your way home." (Unknown to me)

In all my wondering,
my carrying,
my adapting & waiting...
I lost touch with myself.

I’ve missed myself.

May my longing guide me Home.

Return to Self...

is a series about
slowing down enough
to notice
when you've wandered away
from yourself.

To notice the moments
you've left your own experience
to meet the demands
of the moment.

And then...

slowing down enough
to feel your way bac
k.

Back to your body.
Back to what you feel.
Back to what you know.

Back to Self.

"

I didn’t expect so much insight to happen. The pace was just right for me, you conducting it… ohhh, wonderful. There’s a lot of trust in your leadership. I relaxed into your context. I could really dive in. The feeling of depth is something I remember. I discovered patterns and I was able to experiment. It’s amazing what connection can do, even through zoom.

                                                                                                                       "
